What are the early signs and Symptoms
All heart problems don't come with clear cut warning signs or symptoms. There is not a shocking and stabbing pain followed by a loud thud to the floor as shown in the movies. Rather some heart symptoms don’t even happen in your chest and it's not easy to tell what’s going on. With advanced technologies, a heart transplant in India and heart disease treatment have become much more accessible to the general public.
Below are some of the common symptoms associated with heart disease.
Chest Discomfort
It is the most common symptoms of heart disease. If you are having a heart attack or blocked artery then you may feel pain pressure and/or tightness in your chest.
Pain that Spreads to the Arms
Another sure shot heart attack symptom is pain that spreads away or down from the left side of the body. In most cases, the pain starts at the chest and moves outwards towards the arms.
You Feel Dizzy or Lightheaded
Feeling dizzy or lightheaded suddenly or just feel weak for no reason is also a sign of underlying illness which can also overlap with a brain tumour.
Sweating
Breaking out into a cold sweat for no apparent reason is also a good sign of an underlying problem. This may also be a Heart disease.
Incessant Cough
In most cases, cough is not a sign of trouble. But if you have a predisposal to heart diseases then you should pay special attention to this possibility.
If your long-lasting cough produces a white or pink mucus then there is a possibility of a heart complication. This happens when the heart can’t keep up with the body’s demands, causing the blood to get back into the lungs.
Irregular Heart Beat
Arrhythmia is also associated with heart diseases. The cardiac arrhythmia occurs when the electrical impulses in the heart stop functioning properly.
Swollen Legs and feet
These are also a sure shot way of knowing about the damage to the heart and is usually followed by a serious heart complication.
