pain from a heart attack is like pressure or a squeezing sensation.

Duration of pain- While most panic attacks last only for 20 to 30 minutes, during a heart attack, symptoms last longer and get worse over time. Chest pain may be mild at the onset but become severe after several minutes during a heart attack.

has shown that people attacks under the age 50 who have faced panic
attack are more likely to suffer from a heart attack.
Only
medical tests can help establish if the person was suffering from a
heart attack or a panic attack. Once a heart attack is ruled out, you
